Ordering & Delivery
How do I place an order?
You can place orders through our website by selecting your desired products and choosing your pickup or delivery date (when available). Pre-Orders must be placed while the window is open.
What are your pickup times?
We offer pickup on Fridays between 4:30 - 6pm. Special orders will have a specific day & time determined at the time of ordering. Please contact us to make your request.
Do you offer delivery?
We're working on this! We'll let you all know when this is an option.
Products & Ingredients
Are your products organic?
Yes, we use all organic ingredients & nothing artificial in all our Doe Bakes Dough products. In the event of a special request for a dairy-free or gluten-free ingredient that is not organic, this will be clearly labeled on your product. Please check individual product descriptions for specific ingredient details.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Currently, all our products contain gluten. While I've baked gluten-free for particular family members, I won't be offering it unless we make specific changes in the bakery to guarantee no cross-contamination. I'll be sure to make this announcement if this changes.
Can I customize my order?
Yes! Please contact us directly to request your specific customization.
Payment & Cancellations
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle and more.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the long fermentation process of our products we ask for at least 52 hours notice before your scheduled pickup or delivery time without any penalty. (This is often when the preorder window closes but please check lead time for yourself.)
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds for orders that are significantly different from what was described or if there was an error on our part.
